JML REWARDS APP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. MEMBERSHIP COMMENCEMENT
    The JML Rewards membership commences when customers register into
    the program using the Mobile Application, validating the account
    with a One-Time Password and providing their Mobile number as their
    ID Number.
  2. MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION
    There is no expiration of membership from the day of registration.
    At least One (1) purchase in three months is a prerequisite for
    avoiding the membership account from becoming dormant.
  3. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
    JML Rewards reserves the right to terminate any membership without
    notice at its sole discretion. Termination of membership does not
    limit JML Rewards’ right to use information (Data collected) on
    members during the term of membership.
  4. PROGRAM APPLICABILITY
    This program is applicable across all approved participating vendors
    and their partners.
  5. MEMBERSHIP LIMIT
    Only one membership is allowed per GSM number.
  6. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER
    The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by an
    authenticated/validated member. Customers need to complete
    successful OTP validation on the registered number to complete
    authentication.
  7. POINT EARNING
    JML Rewards members are entitled to earn points on purchases of
    regular-priced merchandise or as otherwise announced by JML Rewards.
  8. POINT VALUE
    A valid point is equivalent to One (1) currency unit of the
    particular country where the points are earned. The same is
    exchanged for the currency of the participating country if a member
    moves from one country to another.
  9. POINT USAGE
    Points can only be earned and redeemed through the mobile app.
    Points cannot be purchased or cashed out.
  10. POINT STRUCTURE
    Point earning structure can vary from one vendor to another and
    format to format.
  11. POINTS UPON REDEMPTION
    Members can earn points while purchasing from vendors but do not
    earn any points upon redemption.
  12. POINT REJECTION
    JML Rewards may reject to award or redeem points for failure to pay
    for purchases, any breach of these conditions, or for any judicious
    reason, and the member shall have no right to claim the points.
  13. POINT TRANSFERS
    Points can be transferred between members’ accounts.
  14. MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS
    Membership rights are reserved with JML rewards and are subject to
    approval. A membership can be terminated if a member fails to comply
    with these Terms and conditions, supplies false or misleading
    information to JML Rewards, abuses any membership privileges, or
    does not use membership for three (3) consecutive months while on
    loan.
  15. DATA RESPONSIBILITY
    JML Rewards shall not be responsible for any loss of data,
    corruption of data, or its confidentiality or the likes of the
    customer. No claim of whatever nature in this regard shall lie
    against JML Rewards by the customer or a third party.
  16. MOBILE PHONE DAMAGE
    JML Rewards shall not take responsibility for any lost points
    earned, discrepancies of points earned, or claims for damage to a
    mobile phone as a consequence of a JML Rewards membership.
  17. MOBILE PHONE LIABILITY
    JML Rewards shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or
    unauthorized use of a mobile phone or membership mobile app account
    or the password if any allotted to the user for the purpose.
  18. WARRANTIES
    All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied and
    whether arising from legislation or otherwise as a condition,
    suitability, equality, fitness, or safety of any reward supplied,
    are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any
    liability that cannot be fully excluded is limited, where permitted,
    to replacing or crediting the value of the royalty points at our
    discretion.
  19. TECHNICAL FAULTS
    JML Rewards shall not be responsible in any way for technical faults
    by third parties and service providers as they are beyond the
    control of JML Rewards. JML Rewards shall at the best endeavor to
    sort out the said problem.
